Signup Redirect

The uaac now supports a new field on the client details: signup_redirect_url. This feature is available when targetting UAA 1.8.0 with Login Server 1.8.0, and specifies a URL to be redirected back to when signing up through the Login Server's new create account flow.

If this URL isn't set on the client, the user will remain on the Login Server's "Where to?" page after signup - where they can choose from the configured destinations.
