  • update 時の pending 検出と SessionStart 通知: setup.sh --update 後に新機能を自動検出し pending-features.json を生成。SessionStart hook で新機能の名前・概要を通知し /update-kit への誘導を表示。通知は日本語/英語対応、4件以上は先頭3件+省略表示。Full profile は全自動有効化のため通知なし
