Heads-up: This release removes obsolete Go dependency management files. All go dependency management should be conducted
with go mod by now.

• new method go-get-tool to conveniently download go tools without affecting the module of the current project; #73

    • find an example call in build/make/test-common.mk
  • this feature introduces a project relative directory .bin which will contain your downloaded go tools
  • you may add a matching line to your .gitignore file to avoid adding it to your repository
