User creation in Active Directory #UC1

1. UA 1: An admin is making /users POST request to create a new user account through the SwaggerUI.
2. UA 2: An admin is providing payload in request for user creation.

4. SA 3: The system saves command in the database.
5. SA 4: Powershell script retrieves command from database and executes it in Active Directory. #UC2
6. SA 5: After successful execution command status is changed for completed and result is saved to database. #UC19, #UC21
7. SA 6: The system sends a response for user with command execution results. (In this example the response is "No output from command. " as user creation does not give output)

We can verify if the execution was successful by submitting a /users GET request with the following parameters: { "Filter": "*", "SearchBase": "DC=Domain,DC=ee" }
