Fix DeepSeek /reset so a cleared chat starts a genuinely fresh native Harness session instead of reattaching the persistent telegram-* placeholder and restoring old context. The new native session is bound before the first provider request, including when that first turn is rejected by content policy. Audited Codex, Claude, Kimi, and Antigravity reset paths; they already create fresh engine sessions. Verified with 170 test files (3073 passed, 1 skipped) and a successful TypeScript build.
