Reference-impl v0.2.0 — Full Delivery Pipeline

Highlights

• Documenter, UI Reviewer, and QA agents implemented as real subagents (fast lane still available for risk_class: "low" tasks)
• /cloverleaf-run orchestrator is path-aware: reads task.risk_class to dispatch fast lane or full pipeline
• Per-agent 3-bounce budgets (Reviewer + UI Reviewer + QA = up to 9 total)
• UI Reviewer runs Playwright chromium + axe-core for accessibility at a single viewport
• QA runs per-package test suites (standard/, reference-impl/, site/) via `git worktree`
• CLI compiled to `.mjs` for bin portability
• New skills: `/cloverleaf-document`, `/cloverleaf-ui-review`, `/cloverleaf-qa`
• Configuration via `config/ui-paths.json` and `config/qa-rules.json`

Known limitations (surfaced by dogfood run, deferred to v0.3)

• UI Reviewer runs against the full rendered site, not the PR diff — pre-existing a11y violations can bounce unrelated PRs
• Playwright's ~300MB browser install is not cached across `git worktree`s
• No visual diff or multi-viewport support yet
