Windows capture method

Windows users can choose the screen capture API for recordings and shared regions. This helps avoid the yellow Windows 10 capture border or work around black frames.

• Open Recording or Shared Region, then set Capture method.
• Choose DXGI (desktop duplication) to avoid the yellow border, or WGC (Windows Graphics Capture) if DXGI produces black frames.

Bugs Fixed

• The dashed selection border no longer shifts when moving or resizing a selection.
