Date/Time Awareness - Metadata Generation Problems

Problem

AI doesn't know the current date, leading to incorrect metadata in specifications and plans.

Proposed Solution

• Use environment variables for date/time
• Add date injection to templates
• Reference system date in protocol

I've seen big improvements in this after Sonnet 4.5. All the files that are being generated (e.g. specs/, plans/ have the correct date in them. Please reopen if you see differently.
