v1.10.1 — Dashboard localization (en/de)

Fixes #7: the new built-in dashboard showed hard-coded German labels for every user.

All panel strings — overview chips, device section, the PV | Manual | Off mode selector, "must run today", sliders, tooltips and empty state — are now localized: English by default, German when your HA UI language is set to German (same convention as AURUM's notifications).

No other changes. Update via HACS and reload the browser once (the panel is cache-busted per version).
