Fixes

• Instant price-aware turn-on — removed debounce for cheap_grid devices. Electricity prices change on 15-min/hourly intervals, not per-second like PV surplus. Devices now react immediately when price conditions are met instead of waiting 5 minutes.
• Max price entity for all devices — number.aurum_{slug}_max_price is now created for every device (not just cheap_grid), preventing missing entity issues when price_mode is changed after initial setup. Value of 0 = disabled.
• Dashboard fix — removed unnecessary deadline picker from Heizen Mobil example
