Fix issue where userChrome.css was not being updated (userContent.css path var was overriding it)
to make sure you have the latest userChrome.css open the run dialog (Win+R) paste the following %appdata%\Mozilla\Firefox hit enter, then delete the css.version file and re-run the updater
