V5.0.1 - Wii U fixes

Install

1. Download 3ds_cli.zip below and extract it.
2. Copy Image to the root of your SD card.
3. Copy your console's file from the zip:

The PS3 is the exception to step 2: it has no removable card, so
its Image goes to /dev_hdd0/3ds-cli/ on the internal drive,
which is easiest to fill over FTP. It also needs a display that can
do 720p, the only mode the terminal is laid out for. There is a
ps3/3ds-cli.self in the zip too, for loaders that want one
instead of the .pkg.

That's it. The other zips below are for the Open Shop Channel and
the Homebrew App Store to install from, not for copying by hand.
