pack 0.2.1

Patch release focused on witness parity and path preservation.

Highlights

  • diff now appends witness records like seal and verify
  • witness records and witness query filters now follow the shared chained witness.v0 contract
  • literal backslashes in Unix filenames are preserved in pack members instead of being rewritten as separators
  • blank EPISTEMIC_WITNESS overrides now fall back cleanly to the ambient ledger
