Patch release focused on profile selection, capsule replay, and witness routing.

Highlights

ambiguous --profile plus --profile-id selections now return a structured refusal instead of a Clap parse error
runtime profile resolution and capsule replay now use the same resolved profile semantics
capsules now vendor the active profile into profile.yaml, making replay self-contained
blank EPISTEMIC_WITNESS overrides now fall back cleanly to the ambient ledger
