Threadhaven 0.1.0rc1
Pre-releaseThreadhaven 0.1.0rc1 is a standalone preview for saving small task snapshots across Codex and Claude Code.
Save the goal, decisions, constraints, progress, unfinished work, next action and evidence. The receiving session reads the same checked state. Local writer locks and expected-parent IDs prevent an outdated save from replacing another session's update.
The package includes context checks that discard pre-compaction readings, provider skills, recovery documentation and an offline example. It runs locally with Python's standard library. Installation preserves existing skill files, provider settings and hooks.
Requires Python 3.9 or later. All six Linux, macOS and Windows CI jobs pass with Python 3.9 and 3.13. Each runs 51 tests, builds the archives and installs the wheel in a fresh environment outside source. Python 3.9 and 3.15 also pass locally on macOS. These checks cover the CLI and provider data formats. Live provider sessions on every operating system remain unverified.
Download the wheel and SHA256SUMS.txt, verify the checksum, then install the wheel with pip. The ZIP and tar.gz contain the source, documentation, example and tests.
The summary still needs review. Snapshots do not compact an active context, reset a usage quota or transfer the native conversation. Token savings and equal model reasoning have not been measured. The store is for trusted local processes on one computer. Cloud-sync conflicts need manual review.
