Version 0.8.9 Ensures compatibility with NVDA 2024.1

This release has been updated to ensure compatibility with NVDA 2024.1 as well as tested to ensure compatibility with the latest stable builds of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

Version 0.8.8 logging and info fixes

Fixes a defect where NVDA+1 input help mode was not providing a message for NVDA+x command. Also, changed most logging from debug to info except for captioning server startup/shutdown. Thanks to Cyrille Bougot for helping with correct NVDA addon etiquette for my first NVDA addon.

First Stable Release

Changed for NVDA 2023.2 and Firefox 116. First production release.

First Beta Release

This is the first beta release for XPoseImageCaptioner for NVDA. This addon provides AI captioning for JPEG and PNG images in Windows File Explorer, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Images in FireFox 114 and later can be captioned when the image in question does not have ALT text.
