Features

  1. ralph doctor subcommand. Checks environment health (claude CLI, bd CLI, PROMPT.md, config, work items) and reports pass/fail with fix suggestions. Runs automatically on TUI launch, stays quiet when everything passes.
  2. Tool history. Every tool call during ralph sessions is captured to a local SQLite database. Query with ralph tool-history by session, tool name, or date range. Supports --rejected filter, --json output, and --db-path for users who want to explore the database on their own.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fix config modal save blocked by inherited field validation in beads mode.
  2. Hide SpecsDirectory field in config modal when in beads mode.
  3. Show error details in output panel when process exits with non-zero code.
  4. Error flash auto-clears after 5 seconds instead of pulsing indefinitely.
  5. Allow restarting with s from error state.
  6. Filter needs-shaping beads from auto-continue loop.
