Kanban board. View beads on a kanban board (B key) with columns by status. Select any bead to drill down into its full detail — description, notes, design decisions, dependencies — without leaving the TUI.
Agent work coordination. Ralph registers itself as an agent bead on startup, claims work via hooks before launching claude, and cleans up on stop. Enables multi-agent workflows with proper lifecycle management.
Tool awareness. Tool calls are displayed in a dedicated panel alongside the stream in a vertical split layout. Interactive allow modal lets you approve or deny tool calls inline. Tool namespace (ralph tool allow/deny/list) for managing permissions.
Quit confirmation modal. Pressing q opens a y/n prompt instead of quitting immediately. Quit key is disabled entirely during active loops to prevent accidental exits.
Skip no-ralph beads in work pickup. Tag beads with no-ralph to keep them out of the auto-continue loop.
Tool history repo tracking. Tool history database now tracks which repo each call originated from, with filtering support via ralph tool-history --repo.
Performance
Dirty-flag rendering skips unnecessary redraws when nothing has changed.
Cache visual_line_count instead of recalculating every frame.
Bug Fixes
Fix auto-continue leaking hooked beads — previous bead is now released before claiming the next one.
Fix agent registration to use correct type and include description.
Replace BSD-only date -v shell commands with pure Rust SystemTime arithmetic for cross-platform compatibility.
Internal
Major codebase extraction: CLI, output processing, command execution, Dolt server management, tool panel, work control, and modals each moved to dedicated modules.
