Every ICD §8.1 injection is broadcast to all WebSocket sessions as a §8.2
`tc` frame (ICD Issue 7), correlated with the §8.1 response by the new
injectionId. The console renders TC rows from that broadcast only, so each
injection appears exactly once and commands from elsewhere — another
console, an MCP operator gateway, a plain curl — are marked remote. The
gateway buffers the new kind and serves it via get_packet_log, so an AI
operator sees other operators' commanding.

No space-link change (ICD §2–§7), no reference vector touched, no new
dependency.

Gate: 136 tests green, pus-core line coverage 97 %, TraceabilityCheck M1g
gate 0 findings, SIM-TC-046 (automated) and SIM-TC-047 (manual) both PASS.
