Re-release of yanked 3.7.0 package due to breaking API changes.

BREAKING CHANGES

  • Device now provides transport and raw properties only; use create_device() or AirConditionerDevice, DehumidifierDevice, and AirToWaterDevice for typed controls.
  • Device profiles now matches firmware codes when using create_device() do detect and construct the correct device type with capabilities.
