Following #2162 and #2164, Sir Complains-a-Lot breaks because it uses the legacy (and effectively deprecated) "covidcast" client, which does not support the new HSA
geo_typeof "hsa_nci". In lieu of #1931 (which should remedy this problem as a side-effect), the somewhat hacky fix here should return SirCAL to functionality.
