General updates

• Fixed some CSS that caused weird Firefox behavior
• enableConsoleRecord and enableClipboard are now part of the disabledFeatures property of the library's global config (rather root-level props themselves). These both default to false, i.e., not disabled.

Manual reconnect

• Added a new property in the disabledFeatures object called manualConsoleReconnect
• The ConsoleToolbarContext now has state.isManualReconnectAvailable() (which is true if the feature is globally enabled and the console isn't in the process of connecting)
• Invoking this in a custom toolbar (or clicking the new "reconnect" in the default toolbar) raises an event from the ConsoleComponent that consuming apps can use to reinitiate the connection process. (We don't automatically retry the connection internally because we assume that the access credentials expire within seconds - this is the case with default VNC and VMWare setups.)
