Fixes a Wii Menu freeze that could happen while paging through the channel grid
with +/- when another large forwarder channel (such as Snes9x GX) was installed
alongside this one. The banner was rebuilt at roughly half its previous size; every sprite
is pixel-identical to v1. Details in BUILDING.md.
