Update KubeCon + CloudNativeCon event logos to 2026

Overview

Creative Services team no longer adds KCCNC event logos to GitHub. Responsibility transferred to projects team. This PR updates KubeCon + CloudNativeCon event logos from 2025 to 2026 for all regions.

Changes Made

✅ All 2026 Event Logos Added

Successfully added 2026 logos for all 5 regions with complete directory structures:

• KCCNC Europe 2026: other/kubecon-cloudnativecon/2026-eu/ (6 files)
• KCCNC North America 2026: other/kubecon-cloudnativecon/2026-na/ (6 files)
• KCCNC India 2026: other/kubecon-cloudnativecon/2026-india/ (6 files)
• KCCNC Japan 2026: other/kubecon-cloudnativecon/2026-japan/ (6 files)
• KCCNC China 2026: other/kubecon-cloudnativecon/2026-china/ (12 files - includes both horizontal and stacked layouts)

✅ Documentation Updated

• Updated all 5 sections in examples/other.md to reference 2026 logos
• Changed section headers from "2025" to "2026"
• Updated all image paths from /2025-*/ to /2026-*/
• China section uses multi-column table to display both horizontal and stacked layouts side-by-side
• Fixed table row background alternation across all sections for proper logo visibility
• Removed empty <tr></tr> rows after table headers that were disrupting background alternation
• Reordered all tables to: white, black, color (ensures white logos display on grey backgrounds for visibility)

• Removed all old 2025 event logo directories
• Deleted 30 outdated files (5 regions × 6 files each)

File Structure

Standard regions (Europe, North America, India, Japan):

• 6 files each following naming convention: kccnc-{region}-2026-{color}.{ext}
• Directory structure: 2026-{region}/{color,black,white}/
• Formats: PNG and SVG
• Colors: color, black, and white
• Table row order: white, black, color (optimized for white logo visibility on grey backgrounds)

China (special case with multiple layouts):

• 12 files total following naming convention: kccnc-china-2026-{layout}-{color}.{ext}
• Directory structure: 2026-china/{horizontal,stacked}/{color,black,white}/
• Layouts: horizontal and stacked
• Formats: PNG and SVG (for each layout)
• Colors: color, black, and white (for each layout)
• Table row order: white, black, color (optimized for white logo visibility on grey backgrounds)

Table Background Pattern

All event logo tables now follow this row pattern to ensure white logos are visible:

• Row 1 (header): header background
• Row 2 (white): grey background ✓ White logos visible
• Row 3 (black): white background
• Row 4 (color): grey background

This follows GitHub's standard table rendering where rows alternate: header, row 2 (grey), row 3 (white), row 4 (grey), and so on.

Summary

• Total files added: 42 logo files (30 for standard regions + 12 for China)
• All SVGs validated as proper vector graphics
• Repository conventions followed for naming and structure
• Documentation optimized for proper logo visibility across all color variants

Restructured KCCNC China 2026 to include both horizontal and stacked logos in commit 8e8405e.

Changes:

• Created proper directory structure: 2026-china/horizontal/ and 2026-china/stacked/
• Added all 12 logo files (6 horizontal + 6 stacked: color/black/white × PNG/SVG)
• Updated documentation table in examples/other.md to display both layouts side-by-side
• Files follow naming convention: kccnc-china-2026-{layout}-{color}.{ext}

The China section now matches the multi-layout pattern used for projects like Prometheus.

Reordered the China 2026 logos table rows in commit 79ed17a. The rows are now ordered as color, white, black (instead of color, black, white), which ensures the white logos appear on a row with a grey background for proper visibility.
