Certified Kubernetes conformance listing update for product rename

Hello CNCF Conformance Team,

We previously completed Kubernetes conformance certification for our product under the name "cop" in the cncf/k8s-conformance repository.

There is no functional or architectural change to the product. Only the product name is being changed to "msap.ai".

Could you please advise the correct process for updating the certification record and listing?
Specifically, we would like to confirm:

1. whether this can be handled as a metadata/listing amendment,
2. whether a new PR/submission is required,
3. whether conformance tests must be re-run if the product itself is unchanged.

New product name: msap.ai
