- Introduced new labels for tracking signed and unsigned contribution agreements. - The new labels are 'contribution-agreement/signed' and 'contribution-agreement/unsigned' with respective descriptions and colors. Current use case: Tekton joined CNCF at incubating level. The CA is outstanding that block some of the on-boarding.
