设置页新增内置检查更新，关于信息更清爽

  • ✨ 设置页新增「检查更新」：查询 GitHub 最新版本，发现新版可直接前往下载；打开设置页时也会静默检查一次
  • 🎨 关于区重新布局：版本号、发布日期、更新状态一行展示，GitHub 与检查更新改为等尺寸按钮
  • 🧹 设置页不再显示「退出」按钮（托盘右键菜单仍可退出）和更新记录（改由 GitHub Releases 承载）

Settings now has a built-in update check, with a cleaner About section

  • ✨ Settings now has a Check for updates button: it queries the latest GitHub release and links straight to the download; it also checks silently when Settings opens
  • 🎨 The About section is now a single line — version, release date and update status — with equal-sized GitHub and Check for updates buttons
  • 🧹 The Quit button and the in-app changelog are gone from Settings (quit from the tray menu; release notes live on GitHub Releases)
