修复录制热键与设置页的两处异常，配置损坏不再静默闪退
- 🐛 录制热键时按下 Ctrl+R / F5 等浏览器快捷键不再导致界面异常（此前会引发界面重载、热键暂时失灵）
- 🐛 修复打开设置页后鼠标短暂卡顿：检查更新的网络请求不再阻塞界面，网络不通时也不再等数秒才提示
- ✨ 配置文件损坏时弹出明确的错误窗口（含文件位置与修复指引），不再无提示退出
- 🚀 切换窗口更轻量：不再在每次切换时写注册表与广播系统消息
- ✨ Brave / Vivaldi / Opera / Arc 等 Chromium 系浏览器安装的网站应用（PWA）现在也能独立分组显示

Fixed recording/Settings UI issues; corrupted config files no longer exit silently
- 🐛 Pressing browser shortcuts like Ctrl+R / F5 while recording a hotkey no longer breaks the UI (previously it reloaded the page and the hotkey stopped working until restart)
- 🐛 Fixed mouse briefly freezing after opening Settings: the update check no longer blocks the UI, and network failures no longer take seconds to surface
- ✨ A corrupted config file now shows a clear error dialog (file location + fix guidance) instead of exiting silently
- 🚀 Window switching is lighter: no more registry writes and system-wide broadcasts on every switch
- ✨ Web apps (PWA) installed in Brave / Vivaldi / Opera / Arc and other Chromium browsers are now grouped separately
