v0.3.0 - Text Editor and Theming Update

What's Changed

Added Mousepad and Libreoffice with theming integration with ZorinOS. As a result of supporting theming integration with ZorinOS, theming integration with ZorinOS has been implemented! By default, the GTK, GNOME, and icon theme default to ZorinYellow-Light. You can change the theme directly in Gnome settings(although this is buggy and not all colours are supported).
