Rebrand StormSim to CHESS; add Visualization page CHESS = Coastal Hazards, Engineering and Structures System. - Rename pages StormSim-{DET,JPM,LCS,PROS,PST} -> CHESS-* and fix all wiki links and the sidebar. - Apply the library rename across all pages: CHESS_Library, chess_* / CHESS_* functions, chessProject, CHESSPlots, CHESS-Library URLs. - config_reference: stormsim_input_file -> chess_input_file. - Add the Visualization page and its images (pending from earlier work, already linked from the sidebar), plus earlier pending edits to the DET, LCS and PROS pages.
Getting Started, GUI Quick Start and grouped sidebar GUI Quick Start walks from an empty app to a hazard curve with screenshots. The sidebar is grouped into Model Architecture, Workflows, PSE Hydraulic Responses and Reference; Home links the new pages.
