Bundles now include a schema_by_table.sql payload: the same DDL as schema.sql, regrouped one-table-per-section in foreign-key dependency order so a table's full definition reads in one place instead of scattering across pg_dump's phase-ordered output. schema.sql is still written verbatim for byte-reproducibility.

Also in this release: the Postgres role name is no longer treated as a bundle secret, and the integration suite runs in CI.
