v1.0.0

the first release of socktool - it's now properly portable and decently polished, so i call that good enough.

for usage instructions, see README.md#usage or run socktool -h at the command line.

note that arm64 and macOS (darwin) binaries are untested as i do not have a machine handy that can run them.
