回退 web-mobile / web-desktop 平台中 enableWebBuild（web 子平台）相关修改： - 还原 src/core/builder/platforms/web-mobile 与 web-desktop 的 config.ts、 hooks.ts、type.ts、view/build-config-host.ts、view/build-config.tsx - 还原 i18n（en.js/zh.js）、package.json、tsconfig.view.json - 同步 packages/cocos-cli-types 的 dts snapshot 基于 v0.0.1-alpha.40 分支。

… 与 e2e 在本地 v0.0.1-alpha.40 分支(cocos#905 已完成 web-mobile 全量回退及 web-desktop 部分 回退)基础上,补全 web-desktop 平台至 d782835 的完整回退,并同步 dts snapshot 与 e2e 测试用例: - web-desktop src/config.ts/hooks.ts/type.ts 回退至 d782835(移除 OpenPaaS 相关 字段: appid/versionName/uploadEnv/accessToken/codeVersion/bridgeLink/ bridgeBuildToken/entryPath/encryptKey, 以及 injectBridgeScripts/webPublish/ onAfterUpload 等钩子) - 删除 web-desktop 4 个 view 文件: scripts/build-view.js、 src/view/build-config-host.ts、src/view/build-config.tsx、tsconfig.view.json - web-desktop i18n(en.js/zh.js)回退,移除 OpenPaaS 相关文案 - web-desktop package.json 移除 view 构建相关依赖与脚本 - e2e/mcp/api/builder.e2e.test.ts 移除 web-desktop 与 web-mobile 的 packages.bridgeLink 测试用例,对齐 d782835 - 重新生成 dts snapshot: 移除 webDesktopOptions/webMobileOptions 中的 OpenPaaS 字段及 UploadEnv 类型 Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>
