New features

• --no-clipboard for flow-server/flow-client. Disable clipboard synchronization on a per-host basis -- useful if you already sync clipboards another way, or if a host has no clipboard tool available (e.g. a headless server). Each side controls its own clipboard independently: on flow-server it also makes the /clipboard endpoint return 404, and on flow-client it skips both the local clipboard reads/writes and the HTTP calls entirely.
