Renamed to WebMCP Abilities

  • Plugin renamed from "WebMCP for WordPress" to "WebMCP Abilities" for WordPress.org compliance
  • Updated text domain, slugs, file names, and all references
  • New abilities from third-party plugins default to hidden — admin must explicitly enable
  • Internal API (option names, REST namespace, hooks, constants) unchanged for upgrade compatibility
