Nested conditional scopes with DoWhen / EndWhen pairs are now fully supported.

The ValidationBuilder.Build method now throws InvalidOperationException if DoWhen calls are not matched with a corresponding EndWhen.

This validation was not present in version 1.1.0. If upgrading from 1.1.0 and using DoWhen, ensure each call has a matching EndWhen before calling Build to prevent this exception.
