no issue - Removed the permanently-off `webmentions` private lab flag and all dead code it gated - Deleted the admin mentions page (route, controller, template, model, adapter, service, mirage mock, test — 9 Ember files) - Deleted the mentions email report service (5 files), its test directory, and email templates (HBS + text) - Removed the Mentions email notification toggle from admin-x-settings - The core webmentions backend (receiving/sending, routes, discovery link) is unaffected and continues to run unconditionally
