Resolves #613 Added these for cross-platform builds: `cross-env` https://github.com/kentcdodds/cross-env `rimraf` https://github.com/isaacs/rimraf `concurrently` https://github.com/open-cli-tools/concurrently All have 5K+ stars. `-k` arg to concurrently means that if one process dies, all the rest will too. I think that's probably desirable for running e2e tests. You either want all or nothing. They are unlikely to die anyway.
