Publish @ai-devkit/agent-manager 0.33.1 — patch: two fixes since 0.33.0 (7af9864 preserve registry routing on refresh; 1a3a002 clean up opencode process listeners) plus internal refactors moving the copilot and gemini adapters into the provider structure (df1e3f3, 2e8193c) with no public API changes, so patch rather than minor. Ships with the CLI dependency pin re-pinned to 0.33.1 in the same commit (workspace-pin rule from the 0.62.0 incident).
