Publish @ai-devkit/channel-connector 0.13.4 — patch: no functional changes since 0.13.3; only unreleased commits are tooling chores (fc09960 oxfmt source reformat, 6c51ae5 oxlint migration), hence patch. Registry-parity release; CLI dependency pin re-pinned to 0.13.4 in the same commit per the workspace-pin rule.
