What's Changed
- Reduced hybrid semantic noise with a 0.50 cosine floor for semantic-only results and a tighter RRF constant (60 to 10), preserving the full recall gain: judged irrelevant top-3 results fell from 4.7% to 2.5%, known-bad results from 6 to 3, and hit@3 remained 97%. (#212)
