What's Changed

This release consolidates test infrastructure and updates key dependencies across the project.

The test environment has been unified to a single Docker image (codebeltnet/ubuntu-testrunner:8-9-10-11), reducing maintenance complexity and ensuring consistent testing across .NET 8, 9, 10, and 11.

xUnit.v3 has been upgraded to v4.0.0 with Codebelt.Extensions.Xunit 12.0.0, along with updates to Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk (18.9.0) and related Microsoft packages, providing access to the latest testing infrastructure and improvements.

Contributing documentation has been rewritten with clearer build, test, and contribution instructions, and EditorConfig settings have been cleaned up to remove duplicate analyzer configurations.
