What's Changed

This release makes the reusable Codecov workflow more flexible by allowing callers to choose the analyzed ref and Codecov configuration file.

• Workflow inputs now let callers select a branch, tag, or SHA for analysis and specify a Codecov YAML configuration path, with defaults that preserve the triggering ref and .codecov/codecov.yml,
• Usage documentation now describes both inputs and corrects the reusable workflow example.
