Submit lpm.json schema to SchemaStore

Submitting the schema to https://github.com/SchemaStore/schemastore would allow for lpm.json files to automatically get editor integration

Won't be done anytime soon as I imagine more changes to lpm.json will come until it reaches a 1.0 state
