• Cargo.toml exclude list — final pre-publish tightening. Added
  .git/ and .worktrees/ (defense-in-depth against accidental
  inclusion if cargo's git-aware filtering is ever bypassed),
  .idea/ and .claude/ (IDE / agent dirs — already gitignored,
  belt-and-suspenders), HISTORY.md (172 KB internal design-rationale
  doc, was tracked despite being gitignored, was leaking into the
  tarball), OUT-OF-SCOPE.md (25 KB internal scope notes, also
  leaking). Removed BREW.md (redundant — gitignored and never
  tracked, so cargo never packaged it). Normalised .gitignore
  spelling. Verified end-to-end with cargo publish --dry-run:
  303 files, 706 KiB compressed, server-side validation green.
