Changed

• queue_timeout_ms default raised from 30s to 180s: requests now
  wait up to 3 minutes in the concurrency queue before timing out,
  giving upstreams more headroom under sustained load.

• Incidents tab defaults to "All": the default sub-tab moved from
  upstream to all so the full incident picture is visible on first
  view.

• Performance badge shows total request count: the Performance tab
  badge now surfaces total requests at-a-glance. Thinking token count
  and percentage moved to the "Total Out" tile as a sub-line where they
  sit in better context.
