Code update after PR is open

So, I started to try this plugin and everything worked great! Thanks!

But, after the PR were updated with new commits I wasn't able to update the diffs. Since there's no command for that, I closed Vim and tried again with no luck.

The diffs shown are from all commits until the PR was opened. So, now the "Files changed" on Github are different from the diffs shown by the plugin.

Any idea why this is happening ?

Maybe try cleaning up the tempfiles in /tmp/ helps?
