fix(mtmharness): align with DSH alpha5

Summary

• hard-cut mtmharness DSH peers and workspace release exclusions to 0.1.2-alpha.5; bump package to 0.9.3
• align client/service lifecycle contracts, including root connection injection, void Cordis applies, reconnect bounds, update RPC drain, and obsolete RTK hook removal
• make pinned skill installation YAML-compatible, resource-complete, checksum-verified, atomic, cancellable, and able to complete existing user-owned roots
• refresh Ponytail model-invocation behavior and add regression coverage for stale/invalid skill documents

• pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
