WASI fullstack release candidate

This bundle records the production release-candidate train validated on 2026-07-13:

The registry-only fullstack consumer was generated with the crates.io CLI and
contains no local path dependencies. It passed native migration compilation,
HTTP and gRPC WASI checks, split browser-WASM generation, and final-WASI Spin
component inspection.

The default PostgreSQL and embedded-Cedar topology passed five concurrency-100
samples with a maximum p99 of 12.533 ms and a ten-minute concurrency-100 soak
with p99 13.264 ms. The soak recorded no status or transport failures, no
sensitive log findings, and no sustained second-half memory growth.

Native executables in this local bundle target aarch64-apple-darwin. They are
release evidence and development/operator artifacts, not Linux deployment
binaries. Experimental SpiceDB and component-composed middleware are not part
of the supported default profile.
