v0.0.2 Add ability to create new viewer database entries

This fixes the major flaw in the initial release that it needed a second separate import process to run first to create viewer database entries that this tool could then fill in with extra information from DeepBot. This should now be a one-stop shop.

This is an initial version of the script. It can't create brand new viewer database entries but can at least update existing ones with the data from DeepBot.
